The initial meeting of the UNITe partners will take place between the 19th and the 22nd of July 2018 with the host of the event University “prof. Assen Zlatarov”- Burgas. The UNITe meeting (19-22.07.2018) will allow all project partners to agree on the specific work plan 2018-2019, on the links between the working groups, the role and responsibilities of the participants, working methods, as well as internal and external communication frames. At the first meeting, discussions will be held on the following topics:
- reformulation and alignment of the project goals, results and expected impact;
- clarifying the interrelations between work packages;
- discussion and agreement on the work packages results;
- discussion and agreement on the schedule of activities;
- discussion and agreement of the framework on the interested parties’ engagement;
- agreement on the roles and responsibilities of the work package leaders;
- clearly defining the role and terms of engagement of the Advisory Board;
- discussion and agreement on the internal and external communication strategy and dissemination of results;
- discussion and agreement on the overall work plan for the first year in detail and for the second year - as a whole.
