The management structure of the CoE UNITe has two levels:
- Strategic level, including the Management Board (MB) and the Scientific Board (SC) – for coordination between partners and strategic decision-making.
- Operational level – related to daily work, including scientific work packages and additional activities.
The Management Board consists of 6 members – one representative of each partner. It coordinates, monitors, controls and makes decisions related to the strategy, planning, effective and efficient implementation of the tasks and activities of the CoE UNITe.
The Scientific Board assists the Management Board by monitoring scientific activities and determining the scientific strategy. It consists of scientific work package leaders.
The CoE UNITe Association supports all complemenatry activities and the research teams in building capacity for knowledge valorization, and research management.
