On February 26–27, 2026, the first meeting under project 2025-1-PL01-KA220-SCH-000350805 “WE TAKE ACTION FOR OUR FUTURE (WETAFOF)” was held at Zespół Szkół Technicznych “Mechanik” in Jelenia Góra, Poland. Representatives of all project partners participated in the event – educational institutions from Poland, Spain, Serbia, Portugal, Turkey, and Bulgaria.
Among the objectives of the partnership meeting in Poland were the launch of the project activities, the distribution of tasks, responsibilities, and obligations among the partners, and the organization of the project events, among others. The meeting also had an introductory character, with each partner presenting their institution, its activities, implemented projects, and other relevant information. Representatives of the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” at the meeting were Prof. Dr. Plamen Zaharev and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nina Bencheva. They presented information about Ruse and the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” to the other partners. The presentation also included information about the activities of the Center of Excellence UNITe, established under project BG16RFPR002-1.014-0004.
