On June 25, 2025, a scientific seminar on technology transfer was held at the Center of Excellence UNITe at University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”. The event was organized by the Research Group 3.1.3 on Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems and Technologies for Generating and Visualizing Spatial Objects and Processes, led by Prof. Georgi Hristov from the Department of Telecommunications.
Seminar Highlights:
- Opening Presentation: The seminar began with an introductory presentation from the hosts, which showcased the activities of the research group in various areas, including:
- 3D technologies;
- Cyber-physical systems;
- Robotics;
- Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs);
- And other related fields.
- Guest Presentations: The guests, coming from esteemed institutions, presented their scientific activities and research developments.
Key Participants:
In addition to the members of the research group, the seminar was attended by guests from Erasmus+ program exchanges, including:
- Prof. David Banjerdpongchai, Prof. Paisan Kittisupakorn, and Assoc. Prof. Sirikanya Singcuna from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand;
- Assoc. Prof. Mohammad Al Sumady from Yarmouk University, Jordan;
- Prof. Dante Barone from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Discussions & Future Collaboration:
At the end of the seminar, discussions focused on potential collaborations between the research groups from the four institutions. Topics included:
- Joint scientific publications;
- Collaborative projects;
- Training and educational initiatives;
