On July 23, 2025, a seminar on technology transfer was held at the Center of Excellence UNITe at the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”. The seminar was organized by the Research Group 3.1.3 “Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems and Technologies for the Generation and Visualization of Spatial Objects and Processes” under the “Scientific University of Ruse” Project.

Seminar Highlights:
- NG 3.1.3’s Presentation: The group introduced the “Scientific University of Ruse” Project and outlined various methods and algorithms related to:
- 3D digitization;
- Visualization and promotion of objects and processes;
- The applications of additive technologies;
- Kinematic models using MoCAP/PCAP systems for 3D visual tracking.
- JUST’s Presentation: The guests from Jordan University of Science and Technology presented three of their research projects, which covered:
- The use of virtual reality in education;
- Video-based recognition of Arabic sign language;
- Artificial intelligence, computer vision, and machine learning in industrial and manufacturing processes.
Post-Seminar Activities:
After the seminar, the guests had the opportunity to explore the 3D digitization, kinematics, 3D printing, and 3D visualization laboratories at UNITe Center. They were introduced to the main activities and research conducted at the center.
Discussions:
The seminar also included discussions on how to strengthen collaboration between JUST and University of Ruse in the fields of ICT and 3D technologies.
