On October 17, 2025, a working group from the National Military University (NMU) “Vasil Levski,” led by Colonel Associate Professor Rumen Angelov Marinov, Deputy Head of Academic and Scientific Affairs at the university, visited the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”.
The visit of the representatives of the NMU began with a meeting with the academic leadership of Alma Mater, after which the guests visited the building of the Center of Excellence UNITe, which was built under project BG16RFPR002-1.014-0004, funded by the Program “Scientific Research, Innovation and Digitization for Smart Transformation” 2021-2027 and co-funded by the European Union. In the CoE UNITe building the guests learned about the main tasks, activities, and results of the research conducted by scientists at the center and examined the specialized equipment in the laboratories for 3D digitization, kinematics, 3D printing, and 3D visualization.
The possibilities for expanding cooperation between University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” and National Military University “Vasil Levski” were discussed, including the preparation of scientific and educational projects, the development of joint scientific publications, and the organization of conferences and events.
