On April 24, 2024, a group of students and teachers from Secondary School “Dimcho Debelyanov” in Belenе visited University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”. During their visit, they participated in a training seminar titled “3D Technologies for Digitization and Visualization of Objects”, organized specifically for them by the faculty of the Department of Telecommunications.
Seminar Details:
- Topic: 3D Technologies for Digitization and Visualization of Objects
- Purpose: The seminar aimed to:
- Introduce students to new technologies in object digitization.
- Present educational opportunities and highlight potential future studies for the students.
Post-Seminar Activities:
After the seminar, the guests had the chance to:
- Tour the University Campus: They explored the university’s buildings, facilities, and educational offerings.
- Visit the Research Complex: Students and teachers visited several specialized laboratories where they learned about:
- Innovative developments in automotive, green technologies, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and robotics.
- Explore the Center of Excellence UNITe: At the UNITe Center, the guests explored the latest 3D scanning, 3D printing, and kinematics technologies. They were introduced to various methods for creating digital and animated content.
