From January 31 to February 3, 2024, Prof. P. Zahariev, Prof. G. Hristov, and Assoc. Prof. Nina Bencheva participated in the ECTI DAMT & NCON 2024 – a forum that combined the 9th International Scientific Conference on Digital Arts, Media, and Technologies (DAMT) and the 7th Conference of the Northern Section of the ECTI on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer, and Telecommunications Systems (NCON).
Event Highlights:
During the event, members of the Department of Telecommunications presented two scientific papers:
- “A Study on the Digitalization Methods, Visualization Technologies and Interactive Information Systems for Popularization of Tangible and Intangible Heritage”
- “Industry 4.0 and Beyond – Present Trends, Emerging Solutions, and Future Technologies in the Area of Industrial Automation”
This year marked the third consecutive participation of representatives of the Department of Telecommunications in the ECTI DAMT & NCON conference series. Additionally, starting this year, Prof. P. Zaharieiev, Prof. G. Hristov, and Assoc. Prof. N. Bencheva have joined the Technical Program Committee for future editions of the scientific forum.
