On October 15th, 2025, at 4:30 PM, a seminar on technology transfer was held at the Center of Excellence UNITe (CoE UNITe) at University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”. The event was organized by the team from Research Group 3.1.3 titled “Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems and Technologies for the Generation and Visualization of Spatial Objects and Processes” under the “Scientific University of Ruse” Project, led by Prof. Georgi Hristov from the Department of Telecommunications.
Seminar Details:
- Speaker: During the seminar, Sane Yu, a PhD candidate from Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai, Thailand, presented her research on “Functional Graph Theory Analysis for Alzheimer’s Disease Patients Identification through EEG-based Biomarkers”. Her presentation was related to her doctoral thesis and aligned with Work Packages 3 and 4 of the Research Program of Research Group 3.1.3.
- Program Background: Sane Yu’s Erasmus+ mobility was part of a bilateral agreement between University of Ruse and Mae Fah Luang University, coordinated by faculty from the Department of Telecommunications at University of Ruse.

- The seminar was attended by researchers from Research Group 3.1.3 and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chayapol Kamyod and Asst. Prof. Dr. Roungsan Chaisricharoen from the Faculty of Information Technology at Mae Fah Luang University, who are also mentors and supervisors of Sane Yu’s PhD research.
- Additionally, Eric Sia and Khursiah Mokhtar from Petronas University of Technology in Malaysia participated in the event as part of their exchange program.
