On December 10, 2025, an international scientific seminar on technology transfer was held in the conference hall of the Center of Excellence UNITe at University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”.
The seminar was attended by lecturers from the Telecommunications Department of University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”, as well as Khonesavanh Norasane and Sabannga Sackbouavong – lecturers at the Faculty of Engineering Sciences at Savannakhet University, Savannakhet, Lao People’s Democratic Republic (LPDR), doctoral students Eric Sia Siew Wei and Khursiah Zainal Mokhtar from PETRONAS University of Technology in Malaysia, as well as doctoral student Sane Yu from Mae Fah Luang University in Thailand.
During the event, Eric Sia presented his work on “TRI-CORR: Correlation-based Adaptive Multimodal Feature Selection for Mental Fatigue Assessment” to the participants, and Khursiah Mokhtar presented her work on “Enhanced BSO – N2N adaptive framework based on FMCW radar for improved child Presence detection”.
